Matured in lightly toasted ex-Bourbon American Oak barrels, one can expect a smooth yet cultured dram with notes of the special Bushmills honeycomb and butterscotch. It was snapped up in 1999 but not much of it ended up seeing it past 31st December, such that it is now quite a rare collector’s item.
