A very exciting release in the ever-popular Bushmills Causeway Collection. This special release was first aged in oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels before being finished in rare Pomerol wine casks for a further four years. Pomerol is home to some of the most expensive and sought-after red wines in the world and the smallest of all the major Bordeaux wine appellations.

• WILD BERRIES, GREEN APPLE & LEMON ZEST
• COLOUR - Rose gold
• NOSE - Bursting with wild berry aromas and a hint of toasted wood
• TASTE - Mellow and well-rounded with crisp green apple and fresh lemon flavours balanced with a hint of fresh vanilla and warming ginger
• FINISH - A wonderfully long and dry citrus finish
• Only limited bottles of the 2012 Pomerol Cask are available
• Bottled at 54.2% ABV, non chill-filtered
• Exclusively released on the island of Ireland
