A combination from the curious minds of the Midleton Distillery - a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey finished in virgin Japanese Chestnut casks. The result is a whiskey like no other, marrying the sweet spice of Bourbon & Sherry cask maturation with the herbal, nutty character of the Chestnut.

Aroma: Peppermint leaves, caramelised almonds, ground pepper

Taste: Liqurice, orange zest & cooling menthol.

Finish: Herbal fruits, roasted coffee & lingering spice.
