Nose: Bright, floral, baking spices

Palate: Candied ginger, vanilla, lemon zest, sweet biscuits, stewed fruit. Long and lingering with notes of spices, candy sweetness and freshly charred oak.

Finish: Long and pleasant spiced caramel
