The 2021-edition of The Dalmore 30 Year Old single malt has been matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and finished in tawny port pipes which previously held Graham's 30 Year Old Tawny Port. Aromas of candied orange peel, treacle toffee, Morello cherries and warm brioche fill the nose, complemented by notes of Black Forest gateau, Tarte Tatin, Victoria plums, Madagascan vanilla and shaved almonds throughout the palate.
