Clonakilty Single Pot Still is a quintessential Irish whiskey distilled from barley grown at the edge of the Atlantic ocean on the family farm, and triple distilled in copper pot stills.

Matured in ex-Bourbon, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks, this expression presents flavours of sweet vanilla and kiwi, complemented by notes of caramelised pear and dark chocolate.

Tasting Notes
